He was a chemist that helped develop the periodic table. He arranged them by the atomic mass with Mendeleev that had the same idea. It was later proved wrong.

Julius Lothar Meyer was a German chemist. though the place that he lived wasn't Germany then. He and Mendleeve drew up the first periodic table of the elements. He also worked with Robert Bunsen. He also was the first to realized that Oxygen combines with hemoglobin in the blood when he was studying physiology of respiration. He got his medicine degree at Zurich Switzerland.
