Percent Composition

If you where able to guess how do you think that we would calculate the percent composition on a compound.

I don't think there would be a way to do this. I believe way we do it now. If I would have to say how this would be done is take the way we have now and divide it by a special number that will make an answer and take and and double it to make it the compound percentage.

I think it would be really difficult to do that. Now we would take the number and then divide it by another number to get thte right anwser. I would still be difficult to do but it wouldnt be impossible.

I think it would be very very very hard to make a percentage. You probably take the mol and then divide it by probably the number of grams in it. If it isn't that way you should probably switch it around do that you can divide the number of grams by the amount of mol in the equation. That's how I think it is done.

You would find the total mass of the compound. Then you would divide the of an element in the compound you want to find the percent of compostion by the total mass of the compound. This gives you the percent of compostion.

First we ould find the mass of the element. Second we would find the mass of the compound. Then finally we would divide those and times that by 100.

I would be very hard to do. It would almost be impossible. We could probably divide it by a special number that would make an anwser. Then we would double that to make a percent.

I Never realy like to guss. The way we just did it in clas to day was the mass of the eliment divided by the mas of the compound multiplied by 100

first find the mass and then divide it by somthing. It would be hard but. Then you find the composition.

First you find the mass of each element in the compound. Then add them up to find the mass of the entire compound. Then take the Mass of each element and divide it by the mass of the compound. And take that number and multiply it by 100 to get the percantage.
