Percent Yield

Why do we need to know the percent yield of a reaction?

So you can see how productive it is. If you done know the percent yield you dont have any clue how effective it is. Also it is so you know what is all happeningi n the reaction. So you know also how long the reaction takes, and weighs.

So you can see how well it reacted. If you don't have this you cant tell how well it reacted. This also tells statistics of the reaction.

To determine the percent yield of a product in a chemical reaction we need to know the amount of all reactants used, the amount of the product formed and the balanced chemical reaction. We need to know the percent yield because you need to know how affective it is. We also need to know whats going on in the reaction.
